A tailored and interactive course aimed at developing and improving “softer skills”, essential to your confidence and self-esteem, alongside gaining knowledge and understanding of the opportunities you can unlock to gain self-employment.

Eligibility: You must be 19 or older on and must reside in West Yorkshire

Industry: Self-Employment

Dates: TBC June 2024

Duration: The optimal duration of 6 weeks (2 days per week) or block delivery 12 consecutive days

Venue: Community Venue across West Yorkshire

Confidence and Self-Esteem  

  • Recognising confident thinking/behaviour 
  • Becoming more aware of the impact of low-confidence 
  • Understanding how self-confidence/self-esteem are related 
  • Becoming aware of own confidence levels. 
  • Understanding/applying a range of confidence improvement techniques

  • Stress management

Optional online masterclass (1hr) 

  • Introduction to sustainability
  • Being a leader
  • Being a mentor
