FutureGoals supports employers to build relationships with schools and colleges to shape careers guidance and inspire young people to think about their futures. We also provide key information about West Yorkshire's labour market, empowering organisations to understand the local landscape and effectively plan for the future.

Become an enterprise advisor

The Enterprise Adviser Network is a national network of senior business volunteers connected to secondary schools and colleges to prepare young people for the world of work.

Work closely with a local secondary school or college to create strong links between employment and education, influence the careers agenda in schools and inspire the next generation in businesses to help shape the future workforce.

Apprenticeship Levy support

We’re here to help businesses and training providers work together to make a positive difference and ensure apprenticeship opportunities are available to people across West Yorkshire. This is a free transfer service which covers 100% of the training costs for apprentices. Businesses can still claim government grands for apprenticeships whilst accessing the levy.

Skills for Growth is a free service all about connecting small and medium sized business owners to local schools, colleges and universities. In doing so we work with businesses to build talent pipelines, increase productivity and close skills gaps.
