Inclusive Futures

Join us on the 8 May, 9.30am - 2pm at the St Georges Centre in Leeds to meet with young, neurodivergent talent and discover ways to improve equality, inclusivity and diversity within your workforce.

We'll introduce you to young people with a different perspective, an enthusiasm to learn like no other and qualities and skills you didn’t realise your business needed.

What to expect on the day

Inclusivity awareness workshops, led by inclusion and disability consultants

  • Learn the benefits of employing neurodivergent young people.
  • Learn how to offer opportunities to them.
  • Learn simple ways to help neurodivergent young people thrive and contribute to your business.
  • Hear success stories from other businesses that have successfully offered support to young people with special educational needs.
  • Learn firsthand about the positive impact this has on company culture, productivity and young people's career aspirations.

Reverse careers fair

  • Move freely around stalls where students will showcase their talent and skills.
  • Speak directly to neurodivergent young people and get to know their skills and attributes and what they could bring to your business.
